| | Model of the car: | ES 300 | | | General comments: | Bought the car with 28,000 miles on odometer, and now have over 111,000 miles. Service has been excellent (the few times when I needed it), and the fit, finish, ride and amenities have been up to Lexus standards. I still get comments from others who ride with me that a car with that much mileage can be so quiet and ride so well. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | The '95 has odd placement of interior items that were moved with the '97. A bulb went out in the dash at about 90,000 and is too expensive to replace. | | | Previous car: | In reading the other entries, you can't compare this car to a BMW since the cars are built and tuned for different styles of driving and for a different audience.
